I'll be out of town. (Funeral for grandmother, and birthday for grandfather. It's not at all awkward that it's all the same weekend, no, not at all). Also sorry for being late for this week; the family all got struck down with illness, which is just one of those things that happens when one has bbs. But I am well now and trying to catch up!

Sorry to hear y'all were sick, but I'm glad to hear everyone's better now. Also, sorry to hear about your grandmother. I can see where that might be a teensy bit awkward/weird. Take any time you need. ^^

well the birthday party has been on the calendar for like
six months so I mean
grandmom passed away last week so our planners were just like "WELL WE ARE ALL GOING TO BE THERE ANYWAY???"
And she was 92 so I mean not that it isn't SAD but it's a thing that was expected, you know?

Yeah, I get the feeling. Honestly, it all sounds a bit like something my family would do, now that I think about it. xD
Yeah, I also get the sad but not surprising thing. It was like that when my grandma died back in 2010. She was in her 80's, so it was sad, but we had seen it coming for a while.
