Name: Takara Shinzui
Gender: Female
Age: 19
Occupation: Enslaved Tiger Spirit
Birthplace: The forests between Sailo and Knoan.
Abilities:
Transformation: Being a tiger sprirt, she has the ability to transform into a lovely, if a bit small, white tiger. She can either be a solid tiger, or she can take on a spirit tiger form, which looks like a tiger, but can travel through objects and is intangible.
Telepathy: In her Tiger and Spirit Tiger forms, she can use telepathy to communicate with others, but it is very weak, and usually only carries as far as her voice would if she were speaking out loud. She has enough control over it to decide who will and will not hear what she says, and she can hear human's thought, but only if they direct them at her specifically.
Basic Healing: she has a very basic healing ability, enough to lessen the effects of fatal poison, or to heal small injuries and lessen larger ones. This power May grow to be stronger if it was not for the collar that her master makes her wear. It limits her powers substantial.
Basic Homemaking Skills: Having been enslaved for quite some time, she has been tasked with basic skills such as cooking and cleaning, and is quite happy when doing so.
Basic First Aid: Along with a wide variety of skills she possesses, she is also proficient at tending to basic wounds, as well as mixing various healing pastes and such. She has been called on to tend to her master and his guards after sparring matches, so she has gotten quite good at it.
Weapons: None usually, though she will use her teeth and claws in her tiger form to defend herself if she must.
Affiliation: None.
Personality:
Takara is, despite everything, a very sweet and innocent girl. She has known no other way of life from the time she was small, so this seems normal to her. She is quite trusting, and quick to follow orders-any orders at all-given to her. She worries about upsetting or hurting others. She is kind, though she has not really been shown any kindness in some time. She is very slow to anger, and tends not to be able to stay angry long. She is very loyal, though mostly that is because her master trained her to be loyal to him. She is also loyal to the few who have shown her kindness, and will do all she can to protect them. She misses the freedom of living in the open, as she can remember it just barely from her childhood, but she has never considered escape. In short, she knows what she would like from life, freedom and happiness, but is unsure how to get those things, so she finds what happiness she can in the life she lives.

Takara is a small woman, standing at about 5'3", with a very small frame. She is stronger than she looks, as most animal spirits are, but most of her strength lies in her tiger form. She has soft, pale skin which contrasts nicely with her bright blue eyes, which look normal in her human form. Her hair is long, down past her waist, and is straight and blonde. She usually wears it loose unless she is cooking or cleaning, in which case she will tie it up with a simple red ribbon. She loves flowers and nature, as they remind her of growing up in the forest, so she often picks fresh flowers and wears one in her hair. Her manner of dress varies depending on the situation. If she has a choice in the matter, she prefers to wear a simply, modest qi pao, usually dark purple or red, but if her Master has chosen her outfit for the day, or requests she wear something specific, it is usually a Kimono that is shorter and more revealing than she would like. She is usually barefoot when indoors, and would like to be so outdoors as well, but she has realizedt hat shoes are necessary when living among humans, so she usually wears simple sandles, or even occassionally boots whenever she ventures outdoors. In her human form, she wears a black collar, as requested by her master, which is the only thing that doesn't hide when she transforms into her animal form, turning into a black collar on her tiger form as well. It was specifically spelled so that she cannot take it off, but someone else must, and it gives her a small shock if she does something her master does not like, or has forbidden her to do.
In her tiger form, as well as in her spirit tiger form, she looks like a regular white tiger, perhaps a little smaller than most fully grown females, but she is still quite strong, able to carry a fully drown man on her back if need be. In her spirit form, she is able to transport others short distances.
History:
Takara was born to a tiger spirit deep in the forest between Konan and Sailo. Her mother, though no relation to Byakko, is decended from the first tiger spirit he created, and raised her to live free and happy, teaching her that Byakko would look after all of their kind. Her father was a human who fell in love with her mother's human form, but deserted mother and child upon learning that she was a tiger spirit. Takara's first tour years were worry-free, and she spent most of her time in her cub form, happily playing and learning to hunt .
This all changed during her fourth summer, however. A man came to the forest and, thinking Takara and her mother were normal tigers, attacked and killed the mother to steal the cub away. He took it back to his house, intending to keep it as an exotic pet, only to discover later that evening that she was more exotic than he thought. She transformed into her human form, and asked him where her mother was. Realizing what he had in his possession, Ichitou began to train her to obey him.
At first, he insisted she serve as a maid, and transform to entertain his guests, but eventually he decided he needed more than her word to make sure she would not try to escape. When she was twelve, he found someone who dealt with enchanted items and bought her a collar that would shock her at his whim, and that she could not remove. He usually only shocked her if she misbehaved, but being a cruel man, he would occasionally shock her because he found it amusing.
When she was sixteen, he began to notice just how lovely she really was, and that was when his intentions turned lecherous, despite the fact that he had a wife and a few small children, and despite the fact that he was nearly twenty years older than Takara. Takara did not like these attentions, but she was scared to voice this dislike, and so she dealt with it, letting the master have his way. she did build a small firndship with the wife, who was also kind but mistreated, and she enjoys playing with the children, espiecially in her tiger form, which is now fully grown. Since she is only half tiger spirit, she ages as a normal human would, and will live a normal human lifespan.
Important NPCs:
Ichitou: Takara's master. He killed Takara's mother and stole her away when she was a small cub, not realizing until he got her home that she was more than just a normal tiger cub. He considers her his most prized possession, although he usually doesn't treat her well. He tends to treat her as a combination pet (in her tiger form) and mistress (in her human form).
Anything Else: Takara cannot remove her collar, but others can, though no one has tried to since Ichitou put it on her.
