Compulsion: Ability to compel humans to do as he wishes, or to make them believe things that they otherwise would not. This power also makes him seem more charming, and makes it more difficult for people to see his true, dark nature.
Stone Manipulation: Ability to control/manipulate stone as he sees fit. He cannot create stone where there is none, but he can freely manipulate what is there, though the larger the act, the more of his energy it uses. He has to be in the same area as whatever he creates in order to create it, but he can dismiss/destroy it at anytime, and from anywhere, thereafter.
Some Dark Magic: Though perhaps not as much as those who have specifically trained to do dark magic, he can do enough spells and potions to suit his needs. He does not advertise these abilities, but he will do a spell or potion for a few close allies, and for the right price.
Healing: He has an accelerated healing ability, as many demons do. He cannot heal others, but his own injuries will heal very quickly. It would take something severe to cause any real damage, or even cause a scar.
Weapons: None. He prefers not to dirty his hands, and will use his stone powers to protect himself if he must. Besides, it furthers his cover as an innocent, trustworthy noble to go without weapons.

Asroth is a very commanding person. He quite naturally becomes the center of attention whenever he enters a room, and is quite naturally the sort of person weaker willed people flock to and follow without question. He is quite charming and well mannered when it suits him, but that should not be mistaken for kindness, as it is quite rare he will concern himself with the well being of others...unless it suits his needs. He is ambitious and proud, knowing exactly what he wants in life, and having no qualms about doing whatever he must to see that it's done. He has little tolerance for those who cannot competently follow orders, and even less for insubordination, and he deals with both swiftly and without mercy. To those who are loyal, and show they can do their jobs without failure, however, he is quite generous. So long as they are loyal to him, he will see they have all they desire...so long as it doesn't clash with his own desires. He is also quite selfish, and does not share well. This means if he has claimed a person or thing, that is his forevermore...even if he has lost interest in it. Furthermore, if he cannot have what-or who-he wants, he will make sure no one else can either. When dealing with slaves, and minions who have somehow disappointed him, he is quite cold and cruel. He sees them as objects or sometimes pets that need 'training'. He finds a malicious sort of enjoyment in causing them pain, and seeing how far he can push before they break.

Asroth is tall, standing at about 6'3”, with long sky blue hair usually pulled back into a short, regal looking tail, and clever, calculating sky blue eyes, which are quite expressive, but only show the emotions he wishes for them to. His frame is naturally thin and lean, but given his nature as a demon, he is actually much stronger than he appears. His usual manner of dress is typical of what nobles wear in Kutou. He typically doesn't wear armor, as he doesn't really need it, and prefers to wear dark blues and black, but will sometimes wear other dark colors like green or purple.
History:
Asroth was born to a demon lord and his demon wife on a small island near Kutou. He was raised to believe that nothing in life was simply given to you, so if you wanted something you had to do whatever it took to take it. This meant from a very young age, he became quite skilled at cruelty and manipulation. Also from quite young, he disliked the fact that he would only inherit the small island, when humans, who were far less worthy, had control of the Kutou Empire. He developed a plan to overthrow the Emperor and take control in such a way that would be difficult to counter.
When he was fifteen, his mother grew bored with the life she led, and simply left without so much as a word to her husband or son. Asroth's father decided somehow that it was because it was his son's fault, for having not already amounted to something more, and attacked him. Asroth fought his father, and killed him, becoming the lord of the castle at a young age. This event hardened him even more.
Shortly after, he began to attack other demon clans in order to prove his strength. He took those willing to join him as allies, and abducted those he thought useful to keep as slaves. The rest, the ones who weren't useful or put up too much of a fight, he killed in cold blood.
During one such attack on a demon clan, he captured a woman and her young daughter. At the time they held little interest for him personally, but he could tell the child would be strong, and he was sure she would be of use later. That child was Yukiina, and as he suspected, she was strong. He did all at hand, as she grew, to ensure she remained loyal, first by threatening her mother's safety, and then by breaking her will with rape and torture. This method worked until her mother died of illness and Yukiina finally escaped. He has, ever since, considered it a grave offense to his pride and sworn he would get her back. Even if it was just so he could take her life with his own two hands.
Since Emperor Shui's death, Asroth has had to amend his plan to take over the throne of Kutou, but he only sees that as a small disadvantage. Now he plans to kill Shun and Rumaty, preferably in a way that looks like an accident, and to marry one of the princesses, thus taking the throne as her husband. After enough time has passed, he plans to have both princesses assassinated as well.

Minions/slaves: Asroth has many willing minions, and many unwilling slaves, and he rules them all with an iron fist.
Yu: Asroth's second in command, and the demon he trusts the most. Yu is always loyal, and so Asroth has no problem rewarding him with nearly anything that catches his eye. When Asroth is Emperor, he intends to let Yu rule as a lord.
Shinako: Asroth's mother. He has not seen her since he was fifteen, but is sure she is still alive somewhere...
Wei: Daughter of Seriyuu, raised by Shinako to be a wife worthy of her son. Asroth doesn't know of her existence, or his mother's plans. She is a Water Goddess.
