Here's how it works:
It's like regular "Never have I ever", with a twist. You follow the previous person's never statement with a related twist to the statement, then make your own statement.
Example:
Player 1: Never have I ever shaved my head
Player 2: ...but I have shaved my dad's back! Never have I ever...
You get the idea?
