Hello everyone, Hotori here. I wanted to post an announcement to bring a few things to light. With the departure of Washi, we have a few character openings. I thought it would be best, as there are currently only four of us, to pull all of the openings together into one place and make a clear note of who has the option to play one or more of these characters. Do not feel obligated to create characters to fill these positions, just because you can. I don’t want to pressure anyone into taking on more than they think they can handle.
**PLEASE NOTE: if there is an open character slot on the character list that is not mentioned here, that is because a bio is in progress to fill that position.
First, for Seishi, we have the following openings:
Suzaku:
Wings - Open to Shian, Hibana or Isamu
Seriyuu:
Angle - Open to Shian, Isamu or Hibana
Genbu:
Dipper - Open for Isamu, Shian, or Hibana
Byakko:
Stomach and Turtle Beak - Open for Isamu, Shian, or Hibana
We are also in need of one of our Fiends: Deviance is open for Hibana, if she so chooses. The rest of us either have or are working on a Fiend.
We also need a person to be the Emperor or Empress of Konan. With the low number of members in mind, I think that we will have to adjust the rule concerning royalty. From now on, you are not allowed to rule two or more nations by yourself, and can play only one part of a ruling pairing, not to exceed three of the four main kingdoms total.
Now, on to some new positions for the board: We have been working on incorporating weapons called Dark Blades (I will have an information article posted on them in the coming weeks, but PM me or one of the other admins if you have questions). Each kingdom has two, and no single player can have more than two of the swords total. Shian, Hotori and Isamu Already have two characters that have Dark Blades, or are going to soon gain them. That means that Hibana can have two characters that receive Dark Blades. We are still ironing out the requirements, but know that these can either be brand new characters, or they can go to existing characters. As I said, a lot more information will be coming soon.
Finally, the Shinzaho are going to play an important role in the endgame of the RP plot. We need four Shinzaho guardians, and there are currently four players so it stands to reason that each of us can take one of the guardians. These can become big, important characters, or they can only serve the purpose of guarding the Shinzaho, and then they can go away. This is up to you, pending admin approval, of course.
In conclusion, there are Seishi, Fiend, Emperor/Empress, Dark Blade Bearer and Shinzaho positions available. Feel free to take your time to read and process and ask any questions you need to either here or over PM.
